The function of injection pressure in zinc alloy die casting is to overcome the resistance on the filling path of molten metal. Production practice has proven that the injection pressure is closely related to the quality and production of the required casting. The injection pressure used for zinc alloy die casting locks is generally 20 ~ 30MPa, but it is not impossible to use it beyond this range. For specific die castings, it still needs to be determined by design.

What does die casting speed include in zinc alloy die casting production? Among them, there are two different concepts of injection speed and inflow speed of the gate. The injection speed refers to the speed at which the hydraulic pressure in the injection molding cylinder of the die-casting machine advances the injection punch, also known as the punch speed; It refers to the linear velocity of the molten metal when it is introduced into the cavity through the gate. The inflow speed of the gate refers to the basis of the width and thickness of the gate and the basis of the required inflow volume or the volume of the metal into the cavity volume. The inflow speed of the gate is an important factor to ensure the quality of the die casting.
